You pay $10.00 for your first piece of merchandise; shipping is free for additional items within the same order. Orders are shipped via Canada Post expedited parcel. When it is more economical to do so, orders will be shipped via Xpresspost. All orders are insured.

General Shipping Information

All orders are subject to credit and address verification.

For your protection, orders must ship to the billing address only. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

When shipping outside of Canada, duty charges may apply as per the tax regulations of the destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges.

In the unlikely event that the merchandise you have ordered is not ready for immediate shipping, you will be notified within 48 hours.

Due to the way PayPal set up their shopping carts, there is a slight possibility of your buying an item that has already been sold yet not removed from the site. In this event, I will work with you and do all in my power to fix the situation to your satisfaction, such as creating a new piece similar to the one sold, or refunding any monies paid if necessary.

Payment

PayPal is used for all payment processing on this site. This is for the client’s protection, as well as my own. A Paypal account is no longer required to make a credit card purchase through Paypal. You will be directed through an alternate checkout, and will be given the option to sign up with PayPal afterward, but it no longer is required. Your information will be secure and none of your credit card information will be saved by me or Paypal. They automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available)

Packaging

Getbent Designs’ visually attractive packaging makes gift-giving easy. Merchandise is secured on its own insert card and protected by a clear PVC box. The back of the insert card contains product and jewellery care information, as well as 2 anti-tarnish tabs to help you keep your jewellery bright and shiny. It is recommended that you store this perforated card with your jewellery.

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Sales Tax

Getbent products are currently GST / HST free.

Returns

I guarantee the quality of my Getbent products. If you are not completely pleased with your purchase and you wish to return it, please email returns@getbent.ca within 3 days of receipt. I will take returns on merchandise that is unused, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging. Returns must be sent back postmarked within 7 days of original receipt of item. All returns must be packed securely. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded and that you are responsible for shipping costs on returns. COD returns will not be accepted.
